We were charged extra 1 € for transforming our e-ticket into print out.
They were very rude! They need a screen for time table of the bus. An angry guy shouting at everyone about delays and busses. This bus station is from 90s so old. Most of the workers doesn''t know any kind of English and they are so aggressive all the time. I repeat! Put a screen just like in the airports with the time tables. It''s 21st century guys. primitive people!
Staff of the station is really rude, do not try to understand english and avoid to be asked questions
