Rude drivers, they do not allow anyone with a small backpack, even if it is allowed by the tickets, so they can get extra 1 euro for storing it, unlike other bus drivers. Very unprofessional, and stops randomly fortl their friend-passengers on the way, even if it creates delays

We spent twice for more than an hour awaiting for the bus, and it didn''t come. Both times we decided not to wait any longer. Ruined whole day and plans for the day because of it.

We had a bus from Kotor to Podgorica that arrived more than two hours late with no explanation. We repeatedly asked for updates, but were only told it would arrive soon. Some passengers worried about missing flights had to take taxis due to the delay. The bus scheduled for 11:55 AM arrived at 2:30 PM. As we loaded our bags, the driver, an older man with no hair, became irate and yelled at passengers in his native language. He didn''t speak any English. Upon entering the bus, he continued speaking aggressively in a language we couldn''t understand. The situation was tense, and everyone stared at us. It appeared he was upset about carry-on backpacks(Laptop bags that we can''t put down) we brought on board. We tried placing them in the overhead compartments, but he became even more aggressive, returning from his seat to shout further. We were understandably scared and frustrated. We pleaded with him to calm down and explain himself in English, but he wouldn''t relent. The combination of the delay and his behavior was unacceptable. This bus company needs to train its staff on customer service, basic English communication, and conflict resolution. This was a terrible experience. If you''re traveling to Podgorica and punctuality is important, I strongly recommend using a different bus company to avoid missing flights or experiencing unnecessary delays and hostility. I will never travel with this company again. Never travel and experience such a chaotic situation.
