Portal Busticket4.me is an internet service for online ticket sale and providing viable information regarding carrier's departures from entire region, carriers, bus stations and destinations. Portal's elementary goal is to provide mentioned services to the users, without having the user to visit the bus station.

Simply put, purchase a bus ticket and be informed from the comfort of your home, favourite bar or wherever you may be at that moment, all with the help of BusTicket4.me portal!

BusTicket4.me portal is not:

-           Carrier Company - we do not own any busses, nor do we participate in the organisation of the transfer, so we cannot influence pricing politics of the carriers, departure cancelations and changes in the timetables.

-           Tourist agency - even though we provide numerous information about the most attractive Europe’s destinations, we do not deal with touristic travel organisations.

-           Internet service that provides indirect information – all information that we publish are gained directly from our associates and are not taken over from any other source.

On BusTicket4.me portal you can:

-           purchase bus tickets online, which automatically reserves you a seat on the bus;

-           search through punctual timetables for desired destination;

-           find out additional information regarding bus stations and carriers;

-          discover additional information about desired destination. (travel duration, traveling direction, informative details about desired route and much more)

1. On the home page there is a user panel with the blank fields, provided to enter the desired data. To get information about the planned route, please enter a starting point (eg. Podgorica) and destination (eg. Belgrade), as well as the departure date, number of passengers and the type of the ticket. (one way or return ticket)

2. Once you have entered the required information, click on the "Search" and you will see the offered bus lines, which is why you have the option to choose the line that suits you best, taking into account the time of departure, the price and the bus carrier. Listed departures include the time of departure, duration of trip, the carrier, the quality of the bus, bus route, promotional discounts, number of available seats etc.To make it easier to find the appropriate departure, the options for sorting departures by price and time of departure are at your disposal. Also, you can extract departures and carriers, as well as the characteristics of the bus (air conditioning, toilet, wi-fi, etc.).

* If the price located in orange square is not specified (the sign "X" is displayed), this means that the requested line is not currently in the system of online sales, and therefore you will not be able to purchase your ticket.  

* Please note that all information regarding departures as well as price list is punctual and updated in real-time. Feel free to use the search engine to find the line that’s most suitable to you, make a payment and enjoy your journey.

If there is not a direct connection (eg. Podgorica - Ljubljana), you will get an information: „There are no direct routes for desired destination and date. We offer you one-way tickets for the routes with a stopover.“ Based on the aforementioned notification, system automatically searches line with a stopover in a few seconds. Preview of offered departures contains the name of the station and stop information.

You can find timetables and discounts by clicking "+" next to the desired departure. Travel time is indicated between departure time and arrival time for the desired destination.

1. On the front page of the portal, search for bus timetables for the desired departure and arrival destination - select the starting and ending stations, the type of ticket (one-way or return), the date of travel and the number of passengers. Keep in mind that apart from the station of departure and arrival, you do not need to define the parameters for the other fields (date, number of passengers and type of ticket) in this step. You can adjust them in the next step.

2. Choose the offered line that suits you best, taking into account the departure time, price, carrier and route of the line. To find a suitable departure easier, you have the option of sorting departures by price and time of departure. You can also separate departures by carriers and by bus characteristics. By clicking on the button "Buy ticket" or "Choose departure" (in case you want to buy a return ticket with a specific departure date, the so-called "Closed return ticket"), you choose the desired bus line.

3. Fill in the customer and passenger information, choose the payment method ("Online" or "Offline" payment) and buy the ticket.

Ticket(s) purchased on BusTicket4.me portal is automatically sent to your e-mail address in the moment purchase has been completed. All you are required to do is to print the ticket and present it to the driver once entering the bus.

According to our Terms and Conditions, it is mandatory to have your ticket printed and shown to the bus staff before entering the bus. There can be some exceptional cases, depending on the carrier, where passengers are allowed to board the bus without a printed ticket. In this case, BusTicket4.me is not responsible for any consequences caused by the passenger not having a printed ticket for a given departure.

Purchasing a ticket on BusTicket4.me portal your seat in the bus is guaranteed. Only in extreme cases you will not have an actual seat in the selected bus for which you bought the ticket.

 

It is possible to make a reservation of a seat on the bus if you select the "Offline payment" option when buying a ticket. Your reserved ticket can be paid for at the nearest bank or post office. When making a reservatio, bear in mind that:

- a ticket reservation is not possible in a period shorter than 48 hours before the departure time of the bus;
- it is currently possible to pay for a ticket only on the territory of Serbia and Montenegro;
- the reservation lasts 48 hours, after which it is deleted, if you have not bought a ticket.

In case of departure cancellation by carrier from any reason (bus malfunction, holidays and such), you gain the right for a full refund. After information check with the carrier, not more than 2 days after request has been made, your money will be refunded.

Return tickets have different expiry date, depending on carrier’s tariff policy. Usually, return tickets expire after either 30 or 60 days, with the possibility of even longer expiry period. With return tickets that do not have defined return date, our system will notify you about final date before the ticket expires.

Tickets issued with a person's name are not transferable to third parties. Only the person whose name is written on the ticket has a seat in the bus. 

If you have used one direction of the return ticket, but have given up on returning, you have the right to a refund for the unused part of the ticket, according to the valid rules for ticket cancellation. The amount of money that is returned to you depends on the carrier's tariff policy, i.e. on the way the carrier calculates the value of the return ticket coupon.

If you cancel purchased ticket minimum 24 hours before departure you are eligible for refund. For every ticket cancellation BusTicket4.me keeps 10% of the ticket worth, additionally service fee (station and platform service charges) that were included in the ticket price are non-refundable.

In order to cancel the transaction the customer must be registered on the website. After logging into the system, the customer can access the user interface by clicking on the link "User Panel" located in the top right corner.

After entering the user interface, the user can see his data, purchased tickets, profile and reserved tickets.

Overview of transaction and tickets the customer can see by clicking on "Tickets". Initially 3 transactions are displayed, by clicking a button "Load more" three followed transactions will be loaded. Transactions that can be cancelled have the button "undo transaction", by clicking on it the transaction is cancelled. The buyer receives a notification of 90% cash refund of value of the ticket price (tax not included, in accordance with the Terms of Use). After the successfully cancellation of the transaction, the customer receives an email with a confirmation that the transaction has been successfully cancelled.

 

If the buyer was not registered/logged on the site at the time of purchase user account with a password will be automatically generated. In addition to the email with the ticket the system will generate a mail for the user with information about the user account as in the following examples:

Discounts are a part of carrier’s tariff policy. There are promotional discounts that are valid in a certain time or under certain circumstances (after certain amount of sold tickets or special holidays etc.) and discounts for defined travel groups. Commonly used categories are:

- children,
- students,
- seniors.

Every carrier defines discount types for each category. If you are eligible you will get a discount. Additionally, once entering the bus you have to bring some kind of proof that you had the right for discount. Type of document needed for the discounts is conditioned by the carrier – we highly recommend you to find more detailed information on our page about the carriers.

On our website, the selection of the discount is done after selecting the desired departure and clicking on the "Buy a ticket." Data are grouped into sections "Customer Information", "Passenger and purchase info" and "Selecting  payment methods".

Discounts are not summed up, except the return ticket with certain carriers. Exceptions are return tickets with some carriers. In this regard, we recommend that you get more detailed informations on our page about the carriers

 

At the top of the homepage, under the section "Carriers" all the companies that are offered in the online sales system will be displayed to you. The section includes basic information about the company, bus lines, reviews and contact details. It is advisable to contact your carrier in the case of an sudden and unpredicted changes, considering the fact that the busses are not owned by Busticket4.me, nor do we participate in the organization of transport, and therefore we cannot influence the price policy of the carrier’s departure cancellation and changes in the timetables.

At the bottom of the home page you may find all the bus stations from countries whose carriers are in the system of online sales. When choosing the appropriate country (eg. Montenegro), you will see the bus stations (eg. Podgorica) with address and telephone highlighted. Also, you have the option to review the timetable and details, with station facilities and Google map included.

Given that the web portal Busticket4.me is not a transportation company, but virtual bus station, we can't guarantee that the transport of bicycles is allowed with all the carriers. In this regard, we recommend that you find more detailed informations on our page about the carriers.
