I booked a return trip Budva-Kotor online, then found out at Budva bus station that tickets need to be printed. Had to pay four euros for printing, but the driver did not give me back all the tickets. (It was printed on 4 different A4 sheets). On the return trip, the driver did not let me into the bus because I only had one ticket, but we were with two. I tried to explain the situation, that the sheet with the other ticket was taken by the driver, and that I did have the other ticket as well (I showed the PDF on my phone. The bus station employee refused to even try to understand and just repeated the words "other company" and "not my problem" until he angrily pounded on the check-in gate like a neanderthal. Ultimately, I had to pay three euros again for printing a ticket I had already paid for and had paid for to print out once before.

Every time guys told me to wait another 10-15 minutes. After the third suggestion, I decided to leave the station.

It''s a small bus station but it was not crowded. There''s also an Information desk where you can ask for help.

Amazing that they have luggage storage for 2€, comfortable benches, WiFi, plenty of food options, toilets for 30¢, great helpful staff, need to pay 1€

The bus station was fine, all important services were located there and there were announcements made of the arriving buses. What could be improved was announcements of delay at the station.

Nobody speaks English (Russian as well). They tried to charge us with station fee while it was already paid online.

The entire stuff at the bus station in Budva was so unprofessional. We arrived at the the bus station without having our ticket printed, Unfortunately all the print shops were close at that time so we didn''t have where to print out our online bus tickets. No one of the stuff was nice neither helpful. We had to pay for a new gate pass jut to go to speak with the bus driver.
