This year, the Mimosa Festival is held under the slogan "While Everything Sleeps, the Mimosa Awakens." The event opened on February 13, and programs will continue until February 27, 2026. During this period, Herceg Novi is recognized as a center of carnival, entertainment, and folk festivities. The main celebration is the festival of mimosa, fish, and wine, which takes place along the Herceg Novi Riviera.

First, the Arbumje parade on Sunday, February 8, at 10 a.m. started from Kamenar to Igalo, and afterwards, on February 13, the festival officially began. Regional stars performed already on the first weekend. Nina Badrić and Goran Karan opened the event with a concert in the parking lot of the "Igalo" hotel on Friday, February 13. The concerts were preceded by a parade of the City Music Band, the Đenovići Local Band, majorettes, carnival performers, and trombonists through the town to Igalo.
The next day, on Saturday, Kaliopi performed at the mimosa harvest in Đenovići, and Danijel Alibabić in Baošić.
The concerts continued the same evening, once again in the hotel Igalo parking lot and in rock style, featuring performances by Riblja Čorba and YU Grupa. Simultaneously, the first masquerade ball was held, with performances by the group Zana, the ensemble Toć, and Novska's Exodusi. The festivities continued on February 15, with performances by Anđela Ignjatović Breskvica and Dejan Petrović & Big Band. During the first weekend, the traditional Flower Exhibition, the popular Novska Skalinada race, and the new Mimoza program on Orjen also took place.

During the second week, the renowned Ibrica Jusić will perform, and classical music enthusiasts will certainly enjoy performances by Amanda Stojović and Collegium musicum Ragusinum from Dubrovnik. The second weekend will feature the 9th International Carnival and a concert by the group The World of Madonna, as well as the always entertaining Picigin on the beach.
There will also be programs for lovers of good tastes, including a pasta-making competition called Meštri od kužine – a dish of delight, Fish Dinner, Wine Salon, and a Little Orange Festival. For those who enjoy testing their luck, there is also a card game competition in briškula and trešeta, and fun and excitement await the youngest, who can look forward to a children's masquerade. The third week of the festival brings Herzegovina Days and Belgrade Days, Bijela will host the Great Boka Feast, and the Boka flair will certainly be present at the meeting of the city brass bands of Boka.

In addition, folklore lovers will also have their share, with a touch of glamour brought by the fashion show by Ana Kovačević. In the third week, there will also be programs for children and adults - School Delights, where students of SMŠ “Ivan Goran Kovačić” will make gnocchi and attempt to create the longest gnocchi in the history of Boka, as well as the undoubtedly most colorful and cheerful children's Flower Parade.
Top-notch entertainment will certainly also be provided by the always attractive go-kart race “Karotrc”.
The last weekend of the 57th Mimosa Festival will be themed around “justice,” so on February 28th we can expect the Carnival Trial, and afterward, the festival will conclude with a concert by Aca Pejović in the parking lot of Hotel Igalo.
