Autobuska stanica Kotor posluje u sastavu AD „Autoboka“ Kotor.
Preduzeće AD „Autoobka“ Kotor je osnovano 27.novembra 1947.godine pod nazivom „ZET PRED“, a obavljalo je prevoz putnika i transport roba.
„Autoboka“ je vlasnik Autobuske stanice u Kotoru, koja je sagrađena 1981.godine i pruža usluge u unutrašnjem i međunarodnom saobraćaju.
Autobuska stanica Kotor posjeduje visoku B kategoriju sa 10 perona, parking za taxi vozila, kao i parking prostor za goste stanice.
U sklopu Autobuske stanice nalazi se klimatizovana čekaonica, u kojoj se nalazi bankomat, garderoba, šalter za prodaju karata, turistička agencija, kafe bar, kiosk za prodaju štampe i drugi sadržaji.

They were very rude! They need a screen for time table of the bus. An angry guy shouting at everyone about delays and busses. This bus station is from 90s so old. Most of the workers doesn''t know any kind of English and they are so aggressive all the time. I repeat! Put a screen just like in the airports with the time tables. It''s 21st century guys. primitive people!
